We had a great time at our workshop yesterday in London, discussing online patient feedback with a whole host of different organisations from local healthcare providers in primary & secondary care, substance misuse services & non-profit organisations.
A huge thanks you all the speakers it was so inspiring hearing how services and organisations promote online feedback from new pilots just starting their journey to long standing Care Opinion Partnerships.
