After we publish your story, we share it with staff in the health or care services. We hope that staff will respond to your story on Care Opinion.

If staff do respond, we send you an email when the response is published. You can follow the link in the email to see your story and the response.

If you want, you can reply to any responses you receive. To do this, use the "post a reply" button below your story and any responses.

Taking turns

When you receive a response, you can reply to it immediately.

If you want to post a reply to your story or your last response, but there hasn't been any response from staff yet, you have to wait for 7 days before you can do so.

This is to make sure there is enough time for staff to post their response, if they plan to do so. When you view your story, you'll see when you can next respond, below the story and responses.
