Every alert requires a scope, defined by a search you create.
You can use a wide range of different search filters to get just the alerts you want, but not every search filter can work with alerting.
Search filters you can use in your alerts
These search filters will work in your alerts:
- Services
- Populations (areas)
- Tags
- Treatment functions
- Author name
- Author role
- Phrase
- Posting source
- Criticality
- Includes Talking Mats cards
- Invitation link Id
Search filters you can't use in your alerts
These search filters will not work in your alerts:
- Date filters (fixed or relative dates)
- Story progress filters (read, has response, made change)
- Response filters (has a response of some kind)
