Webinar - Respond well & demonstrate impact - Tuesday 6th June 2023

Thank you to everyone who joined Tracy and I for our latest “How To” webinar on responding to Care Opinion stories on Tuesday 6th June 2023.

In this webinar, we discussed the research on what makes a good response and shared the best practice framework to help you feel confident writing your own responses. We gave examples from others of what we think makes a good response and considered what people may want from a reply and why.

We hope you picked up some helpful tips and tricks about how to demonstrate impact in your responses, and now feel more confident responding to stories about your service. Remember – responding to online stories is a skill that you will continue to develop the more that you do it. As they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day!
