"Thank you for saving my mothers life!"

About: Dorset County Hospital / Accident and emergency

My mother popped into see the GP with mild discomfort and within 36 hours you had taken critical medical action to save her life. My mum hates hospitals generally or any kind of medical interference and it was clearly the tone, respect and gentle influence that enabled her to make the right decision to receive treatment. She has raved about how fabulous everyone was from the ward sister to the consultants - first class human service alongside amazing science - thank you all again. This hospital is a tribute to the NHS every time and a credit to everyone who keeps it running.

Hello, it is fantastic to hear about the care your mother received from the staff at Dorset County Hospital – this is the high standard of care that we hope to achieve for all our patients, and it is great to see we are getting it right.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback to let us know how we are doing – I will ensure that your positive feedback is shared with staff in the hospital and I hope that your mum is making good progress.

Best wishes
