My mother popped into see the GP with mild discomfort and within 36 hours you had taken critical medical action to save her life. My mum hates hospitals generally or any kind of medical interference and it was clearly the tone, respect and gentle influence that enabled her to make the right decision to receive treatment. She has raved about how fabulous everyone was from the ward sister to the consultants - first class human service alongside amazing science - thank you all again. This hospital is a tribute to the NHS every time and a credit to everyone who keeps it running.
"Thank you for saving my mothers life!"
