On four occasions I turned up for appointments with doctors or specialists, only to be told by the person "I'm not a doctor or a specialist". They would tell me I need to see a doctor, and rearrange the appointment. Then the same thing would happen next time.
They clearly don't communicate, and seem to be under staffed, or staffed from other places so a very fragmented service. I gave up in the end and the self harm is just a normal part of life now, but if you want help with self harm and suicidal thoughts, I strongly advise against these people, they will likely make you worse. You will be better off paying for the priory or something, not budget cut NHS services like this.
"Overworked and unorganised. Staff = lots of..."
