A recent audiology test was my first outpatient contact with Ilfracombe Community Hospital since to moving into the area.
It was a faultless experience. I was made to feel welcome on arrival for the appointment and the receptionist took care in directing me to the relevant waiting area.
The friendly audiologist (Lou?) could not have been more helpful. The test procedure was clearly explained and conducted with care and attention from start to finish - and my questions were answered thoroughly. Absolutely no complaints at all.
