From the moment I arrived at The Mater EOSC today I felt completely at ease about my gallbladder removal operation.
As soon as the doors opened I was attended to professionally and kindly by all the staff. The ward nurses, the theatre staff, the anaesthetist, the surgeons - they just couldn’t do enough to help me feel less anxious.
With huge thanks to the nurses and especially those whose names I remember - Shiny, Emma, Ashleigh, Mary - thank you so much! You guys rock!
