"Not good enough "

I left a prescription from hospital 10 days ago and I am still waiting for a signature to pass it on to the pharmacy. I called the surgery a few times I even went to the surgery yesterday and the lady at the reception told me that they will sent it today one times on the phone and also yesterday when I was there but unfortunately it did not happen. I went to the pharmacy a few times because I trusted them what they told me.

This situation is so stressful and give me so much anxiety.
