I have been trying for the best part of 3 weeks to get through to the gynaecology department to cancel an appointment and have spent over 2-3 hours on hold trying to get through only for the line to hang up.
I now understand why the nhs has so many appointment that end up with a no show as you cannot get through to anyone to let them know!
