About: St Michael's Hospital / Outpatients

I was referred for physiotherapy for a frozen shoulder due to being in severe pain and was seen really quickly at St Michael’s Hospital in Hayle. I was seen by Harry who suggested a steroid injection and he wrote to my GP. I had further physio following this and I am now comfortable and able to function normally again. Harry was very friendly, carried out a thorough assessment and explained everything really well. From start to finish the whole process was timely and really effective. Well done MSK physio outpatients. Brilliant service and a huge thank you to Harry for his excellent care.

I am the Governance Lead for Therapies and I have sent your comments on to Harry, who I know will be really encouraged to hear this feedback. I have also sent it on to the management team, for them to be aware of Harry's achievements and for the encouragement of the whole team.
