I had to wait quite a while for the therapy services to begin (through no fault of their own). Claire was so apologetic and from then on I received help twice a week.
Every member of the team was professional, caring and empathetic, carrying out my exercises with me with understanding and humour. The communication between the team and Claire was excellent and Claire reported changes to the GP.
I cannot fault the care team. I miss them now I've been discharged. However I feel the system could be improved if patients could be given, if not a specific time, at least an am or pm window?
