About: Community Therapy Services / Rushcliffe Community Therapy

(as a service user),

I had to wait quite a while for the therapy services to begin (through no fault of their own). Claire was so apologetic and from then on I received help twice a week.

Every member of the team was professional, caring and empathetic, carrying out my exercises with me with understanding and humour. The communication between the team and Claire was excellent and Claire reported changes to the GP.

I cannot fault the care team. I miss them now I've been discharged. However I feel the system could be improved if patients could be given, if not a specific time, at least an am or pm window?

I am very grateful for all the help I received :)

Thankyou so much for taking the time to review our services. I am so sorry you had to wait for our services - we do our very best to get to people in a timely way but does take a number of weeks for people to get to the top of a waiting list.

I am pleased that once you were seen by our services, you found them to be very professional and caring. I will be sure to fed this back to team, as I am sure they will be thrilled to hear this. Thank you.

I have noted your suggestion of timed appointments, rather than an am or pm appointment. We can certainly look to see if there is anything we could do to support this way of working.
