"I attended a nurse led clinic"

About: Outpatients Services / Level 7 Outpatients

(as the patient),

I was met by a very friendly nurse, who apologized for keeping me waiting but I didn't feel I had waited an excessive amount of time. I feel that what was going to happen was explained very well. I was made to feel very much at ease and not rushed. The appointment went very well
