What I liked
I had surgery in April 2011, I was very apprehensive because I had not been in a very large hospital before. I was in ward B3 and it was a bit overwhelming when I got there because it was a large ward and I thought it would be very impersonal but I need not have worried,I was met when I entered the ward and everything was explained to me. The staff were very dedicated and caring, they were brilliant, nothing was too small or menial for them,I did not see one member of staff ever say wait or I will be back later to a patient. They all gave 100% and more.If I have to go into hospital again I hope it is ward B3
What could be improved
My only complaint is the carparking space, there just is not enough for the size of the hospital
