Good afternoon

Last night [3rd May 2011] my wife fell over and dislocated a finger on her right hand and also broke her wrist on her left hand,

We visited your A and E department and the quality of service from your staff [the lady who plaster my wife wrist up was first class] we were amazed at the fast production from your x-ray department showing the injuries so allowing your team to perform the necessary treatment as quickly as possible.

Well done to you all

What could be improved

Maybe making a note of the time persons were booked in at reception so there would be no question of queue jumping so to speak

But this is a minor observation
