"What a rude and insubordinate individual."

I called today regarding a repeat prescription. For some reason a particular member of staff was very rude.

I would recommend some re training for this rude and insubordinate individual. Failing that if this said individual was part of my team I would work to remove her.

I have only visited the surgery two, maybe three times. on all occasions I have found this individual to be very rude and non helpful!!

When I was waiting to see the doctor I overheard her using the surgery telephone to put a food order in for her evening meal!!

I suggest you monitor this individual carefully!!

I am going to find an alternative surgery to join!!

What an absolute shame you are letting one individual give you a bad reputation!!

I am disgusted!!

Lets hope, she has some compassion to the very sick!! No, I can imagine her bad attitude!!
