"Told to make my own way home in the middle of the night"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

Ok so I was advised to go into hospital at 21: 15 but they were too busy to send an ambulance so they got me a taxi and paid for it I waited to be seen and was seen and advised about my issue by 02: 00 then when asked how I get home was told to either pay for a taxi or get bus, I was not too pleased as taxi would have cost around £50+ which I didn't have and bus was not till 08: 54, what a joke when I suffer with anxiety and depression and just wanted to go home which was about 15 miles away, why on earth they would bring me in and then tell me to make my own way home? I think it is absurd and irresponsible.
