"Cannot respond to rate my care texts"

About: Tameside General Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I attended Tameside Hospital for an Opththalmology appointment recently, however there were so many people also waiting and appointments were running well behind I had to leave because of other arrangements.

I received a text two days asking me to rate my care using the link provided which I found impossible to do! This as happened on two previous occasions with me yet I see that this was supposed to have been rectified some months ago after being reported previously.

What is the point of the Hospital paying for this service that doesn't work in my experience?

Hopefully I will be able to arrange another appointment but please stop sending the waste of time texts.

The team will also arrange another follow up appointment for you at your convenience.
