The final session of our newly revamped training webinar programme focusses on Encouraging Feedback. Care Opinion only works if people know about it and understand how it can be helpful.
There are many ways in which people can feedback on Care Opinion. The aim of the webinar was to discuss the ways people can share feedback with Care Opinion and how to get the most out of the features that support this and increase visibility of Care Opinion to those who use your services. The webinar also highlighted how accessible the site and story telling process is for those using it to give feedback to services.
