We ran our first interactive webinar from our new re-vamped online support and training session on Wednesday 2nd March 2022. The aim of this webinar was to help; understand what motivates people to share feedback, explore why we as staff sometimes find it difficult to ask for feedback and finally to look at various ways of 'framing the ask' to patients and service users.
