Workshop: Advanced Searching & Subscriber Tagging

On Monday 15th December 2025 we ran our second 'Advanced Searching and Subscriber Tagging Workshop' and we’re so happy to see so many people attend.

The session was interactive and the attendees got a chance to get hands on with searching for tags and phrase searches as well as feedback to the group with how they found the site.

What We Covered

This was an interactive session where we looked at:

• Basic searching on Care Opinion for services, treatment functions, tags & types of care.
• Advanced searching on Care Opinion including Phrase searching and stem searching.
• One of the most under used features on Care Opinion 'Subscriber Tagging' and how it can help with tracking themes and quality inspection reporting.
• Bulk Subscriber Tagging
