"Labour and aftercare"

About: Borders Community Services / Community Maternity service Borders General Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

The whole process from attending my initial midwife appointment at the GP surgery to the day I was discharged from the midwives care was filled with support and guidance.

Absolutely amazing care whilst giving birth. The midwives made me feel so at ease and nothing was too much to help me. Everything was discussed with me and I felt completely involved in the choices regarding my care.
