About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Ramone Ward 3 - Acute Frailty Assessment Unit

(as a carer),

My father was discharged from hospital without an OT assessment and any equipment to deal with him at home. 

We were told there was a care package available and if we didn’t take the care package  it would be a very long time until we may get another one. 

The care package is not enough for my father’s needs.

Good morning,

I am sorry that you have had this experience with the discharge of your father.

I will ensure to pass this on to the OT department to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
