"I feel comfortable on the ward"

I came onto the ward a few days ago after I was brought in through the emergency department, the communication with the staff was okay in ED, The staff were all just very busy and I didn’t feel as if they had enough time with the patients. The treatment from the staff on 4 north has been really good, I feel comfortable on the ward and the nurses are always quick to help. The food I have got so far hasn’t been the best, some of the meals have been cold and the menu is very repetitive.
