About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as a service user),

I attended the New Victoria ACH for a daycase surgical procedure. The members of staff looking after me were all friendly, professional and accommodating. The unit was clean, calm and well organised. 

Newly qualified nurse Sarah completed my pre-operative paperwork and helped keep me calm before my procedure. The surgeon, Mr Smith, spent time to explain the procedure and listen to my concerns. Post-operatively SN Gail was fantastic. She cared for me with the utmost professionalism and I’m really thankful for the time she gave to me.
