"Staff were very attentive"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Aponeurotomy to left hand.

Arrived at Cannock hospital for 12 noon appointment, left hospital less than 4 hours later.

Procedure completed satisfactorily.Staff very attentive especially nurse who carried on speaking to me during the minor operation and also Bev in the ward afterwards.

Only one slight issue was with the staff member who firstly took my details (name,address,d.o.b etc.). They spoke in an exceptionally quiet voice and had to ask them to repeat things on almost every question. This staff member seemed very efficient and pleasant but could possibly have spoken a little louder.
