About: Frimley Park Hospital (Frimley)

The care from the Doctors, midwives and care assistants was great. One area the labour ward needs to work on is patient confidentiality. Often discussing patients diagnosis and care plans in the reception area where everyone in the waiting room can hear, including the patient being discussed. Making myself feel very awkward, understandably they were busy however this should not impact the sharing of confidential information.

It is always lovely to hear that care experience from all teams was ok. However, please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of the Trust for the apparent lack of confidentiality.

I will share your feedback with the local Maternity Team who will take your feedback on board and will do what they can to mitigate the issues you mention.
