About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Gynaecology Rapid Access Unit

(as the patient),

I have now attended two appointments at the above department and on both occasions when I called to confirm my attendance I spoke to Carina.  I advised that I was retired and live close to the hospital so would be able to attend an earlier appointment should a cancellation become available.  Carina noted my details and assured me that she would keep this in mind.   Not only once but on both occasions Carina called and was able to offer me earlier appointment dates.   I met Carina at my last appointment and she is not only an efficient administrator but a lovely lady.  Thank you Carina I am so grateful to you for all your help.
