(as a service user),

After an incident at another hospital, I spoke to a Radiologist called Alison at Trafford general hospital, who advised me extremely well and went out of her way to explain everything to me. Her listening to booking and attending my appointment (with her) was 100%. She thoroughly went through why I had experienced the problems I had at the other hospital. Her professionalism in her work is outstanding and would not hesitate seeing her again. Thankyou Alison, you are truly a 5+star NHS worker X
