"Planned surgery"

Went into PRI, staff were all absolutely amazing. I was very excited to finally be getting my surgery after it was cancelled in March 2020. The staff knew I was excited about the procedure but anxious about going under anesthetic. They honesty couldn't of been nicer. Talked me through everything before it was happening, during it and even afterwards when I came round after surgery.

I was quite sick after the anesthetic and kept apologising but they were so lovely and caring. I received a phone call the next day to find out how I was doing.  Such a positive experience. I am so thankful for the kindness of all the staff who cared for me whilst I was in for the day.  Huge thank you to everyone who cared for me whilst I was in PRI.
