Andre was a great help and took me step step on the phone to register on patient access.

Andre was extremely patient as I am a novice with online access,very helpful and courteous.

Thank for the positive feedback regarding Andre. I'm pleased that his role as the Reception Supervisor at the practice showed his patient manner to help when you were unsure of how use access patient access.
