"Fantastic Maternity Team"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Maternity care

(as the patient),

After speaking to 111 regarding a sickness bug and dehydration whilst being 28wks pregnant, I was advised to speak to Maternity Triage team. The midwife on call was very reassuring and recommended that I was seen straight away.

I was swiftly seen by the midwife and tests were done and was admitted for observation due to other medical conditions. Every step was clearly discussed and the whole team were fantastic.

Once on Ward B26 I was given a side room due to Sickness bug. I was frequently visited by the midwives and nursing team. I could not fault the care that I received during my stay especially the care I received from Cherry, the Midwife.

From receiving fantastic care during my visit, it has given me great reassurance for when the big day comes as I know I will be well looked after. The Maternity team as a whole all worked well together and couldn't go anything more.

Thank you to all involved, you are all very much appreciated and are amazing.
