"Patient care was good and helpful"

I had my colonscopy procedure at HH, and  a CT scan and MRI scan was requested. Now I was an outpatient I am going through the patient experience. I always advise my patients and reassure them as a working nurse. But is my turn now. 

Yes, I was apprehensive my first time. I had to say the whole patient pathway to patient care was good and helpful. The only issue is contacting the consultant/secretaries which is quite a minefield. I was trying to request for both MRI both my pelvis, rectum and prostate to be done at the same time to save time and cost. My MRI is for pelvis and rectum only. As I am at the age group, both these areas are suspect. 

I also gave a succinct account of my patient experience to the staff, hopefully other patients may be aware of the experience in the MRI tunnel.
