I was referred to the audiology dept at Bolton General Hospital for a hearing test !
I’ve got to say that I was so impressed on how professionally and sympathetically I was dealt with ! The whole process was fully explained every step of the way !
Within 45 mins I’d had my hearing tested and fitted with custom made aids which I can control from my phone!
I felt I was at a private hospital and the personal care was exemplary!
The audiologist, Tabassum, was professional ,caring and very pleasant, she is a credit to the dept and the NHS !
Thank you so much for everything. The aids have changed my quality of life!
