About: Rampton Hospital / Personality Disorder Pathway

(as the patient),

As patients from the PD service on the patient interview panel process at the end of October , we want to say a big thank you to the professional panel Kerry, Lucy, Helen, supported by Joe .

We interviewed for HCAs over two days.

We felt valued as they took time to listen to our voice and the work we had put into the days. We felt respected, and at the end of those 2 days both panels came up with the same decisions.

We know that Kath and Dale do a fantastic job with us and listen to us moaning “GOLD STANDARD”

We also want to thank Joe for supporting, nice to see a different face.

I do know that you all put a lot of effort and time into this which I know is well received by Staff and management.

the Staff you have mentioned will be very pleased to see what you have had to say and like you I agree the Rampton interview Process is indeed the Gold Standard.
