(as a relative),

My mum from the very start was treated with compassion, dignity and respect. This was all received from a friendly team who all worked well together . They all  made me feel very welcome and were informative . You are in safe hands in ward 51.

It was so nice to read that you and your mum had a good experience whilst in Ward 51 and felt safe. The team work extremely well together and try our very best to ensure that everyone is made to feel welcome, to be able to feedback your lovely review to them means so much.
