(as the patient),

On being admitted to Ward 21 CCU with a suspected  heart attack the dedication of all staff and the professional expertise of the medical, personal care I received, I am unable to thank any individual member of the team. They all went above and beyond the call of their professional expertise to ensure my recovery.
