Excellent care given to me by the lead nurse/hysteroscopist, Stephanie. and her 2 colleagues. I was made to feel very welcome and cared for by all 3 staff. Friendly, introduction by each. Not made to feel rushed. I felt like I was the only patient being cared for! All smiling.
Even though procedures were no doubt repetitive for them, this didn't come across. Explanation of procedure given by Stephanie with opportunity to ask questions and 'to stop at anytime' if I was uncomfortable.
It was also apparent that they work well together with respect for each other as well as for the patient. Absolutely fabulous bunch of professionals. Ward very clean too. Thank you.
