(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Me and my son arrived here at the weekend via the emergency department, we were waiting for a long while around 4-5 hours before we were seen to and brought down to the ward. The staff here are fantastic, they are excellent with my son, who can get quite uncomfortable with the hospital environment. They are also providing us with good updates on feedback on how I am getting on. The food is great for the both of us and the variety is good too. We are comfortable here and the facilities are great.

I'm very sorry that you had to wait for so long before you could be seen in the Emergency Department but that your experience in Blossom has been so good. In particular I'm very pleased that you have found the staff so helpful and that the food and our facilities have been to your liking.
