I found the reception area just awful, so much noise you cannot hear the receptionist.

Too many staff around the reception area, discussing things and to me they did not seem interested in patient care at all.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the x-ray department at University Hospital Crosshouse

We are sorry to hear of your poor experience at the Reception area in the x-ray department, in order to make busy lists run efficiently there are often a number of staff in the reception areas waiting to take patients to various examination rooms.

We have communicated your concerns to staff and would like to reassure patients & relatives that we strive to have excellent patient experience at the heart of our service.
