(as a relative),

My young daughter became unwell last month which resulted in NHS 111 sending an ambulance for her. The paramedics arrived within 15 mins and took her straight to a&e where she was seen straight away. She had low oxygen levels and was cared for amazingly. She spent the next night on the children’s ward and again the care they gave her was really good. I can’t fault anyone and would just like to say thank you for getting her better and acting so quickly.

I was so pleased to read about the quick response you received from the ambulance service and our Emergency Department. It is lovely to see that your daughter then received amazing care on the Paediatric ward here at the Trust.
