I really enjoyed the energy course, definitely helped and made me feel loads better. The centre is so clean and tidy and makes everyone feel welcome.

Thank you so much for your feedback regarding our energies workshop. We are pleased to hear that you found this course beneficial and you found the centre overall welcoming.
