(as the patient),

I want to convey my deep gratitude to the staff of A & E dept and Minor Injuries Unit team at Hairmyres Hospital for the outstanding are & treatment I received following a nasty fracture to my wrist.

 All personnel demonstrated care, kindness, expertise and professionalism and made an acutely stressful situation more bearable. Eternally grateful to all and especially to the orthopaedic surgeon who got my arm into a really good place.

I feel very fortunate indeed.
