Excellent physiotherapist

Due to Covid 19 and a cross-boundary mix up. I waited over 18 months for my physiotherapy appointments.

My physiotherapist Michael, was excellent, his professionalism, and attitude was a breath of fresh air compared to previous physios that I had been assessed with years ago. 

He allowed me to do my exercise plan at my own pace due to my mobility and pain levels and his encouragement over the weeks has literally changed the quality of my life.

My pain has decreased and I am now active and at the gym after he referred me to active NL. 

I cannot thank him enough for his patience and understanding, and for giving advice on other exercises to do, going above and beyond my expectations.

I am sorry to read about the delay you experienced in accessing physiotherapy. This must have been very frustrating for you.

I am delighted to read about the positive experience you had under the care of Michael, one of our fairly newly qualified physiotherapists, and am prod to read of Michael's professionalism and attitude. I will make sure I pass on your gratitude to Michael and the team within Wester Moffat.

We encourage our staff to put the patient at the centre of any care and I am pleased Michael empowered you to go at your own pace and work within the limits of your mobility and pain.

Keep up the good work with our leisure colleagues and best wishes for the future.
