There's a one-way system in place at the entrance of the building for a reason. Yes? 

I just walked in to the building for my neurology appointment and had several RCHT NHS staff charge at me at speed as I was keeping left.

I'm really annoyed about this. Obviously frail and unwell people are walking in for their appointments and following rules and arrows - only to be barged into by CARELESS and RUDE staff who ought to know better. 

Obviously the staff didn't get the memo? Please remind people, I almost got knocked over.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. I am sorry that staff were not following the guidance of the one way system and for you nearly getting knocked over. I will speak with the communications team and ask them to send a reminder to all staff.
