Went to have pre-assessment today which I was a bit anxious about - bloods, ECG, etc.
Thank you to Nurse Matthew who put me at ease and was a delight. A smile, good explanation of what was going to happen and the order. Repetition of the information I needed to know and remember. Fantastic experience. Thank you very much.
Staff attitude
He knew what he was doing and the blood test was barely noticeable. Clearly a sign of excellent skills.
