Anything else?
1st June took very ill wife to a e 8.00 am , not many people there. Greeted by grumpy female reception ,explained my wife was in state of collapse and breathless. After about 20mins wait saw nurse who was great and by now my wife was very ill. The nurse acted very quick and took us round to a room in urgent care ,what I was cross about was =the reception only put unwell adult on notes and therefore we seem to have to wait. Although I agree that 20 min in a &e is probaly good. From the nurse onwards the care and response was exceptional . The male nurse was great with my wife. He was caring considerate and gentle, would like to have known his name,he needs a pat on the back. The females doctor to was brilliant with the same qualities. My wife was later admitted with pneumonia and once again the nurses in ward 1 were great with care and consideration. Well done all when we are quick to knock the nhs
