My workplace is changing to the 8x 8 phone system and I was concerned about wearing headphones with my hearing aids. Sam was very helpful by explaining how it all works with an alternative to headphones so hopefully I won't have to use them. We haven't started the new system yet but hopefully it'll all fall into place but just wanted to say that I appreciated Sam's help.
